Costs Overview

Enrollment and tuition costs are due at the time of registration. Payment is accepted in one of three ways.

In-full at the beginning of the first semester.
Two payments (at the beginning of each semester)
Ten monthly checking account auto drafts or credit-card payments (Visa, Mastercard or Discover)

Enrollment (& Tuition Fee)

Your enrollment in ArabesQ Islamic Academy begins on the day we receive:

Enrollment form with registration fees. (K-6 $50.00, 7-12 $100.00 per child registered)
Tuition payment of $500 or the first months fee of $55.00) The Tuition is valid for 12 months and includes the entire family.

Curriculum (Course and Materials Fees)

Your ArabesQ Islamic Academy curriculum is tailored to fit your learning style, interests, and needs. You may choose online or textbook formats for most academic courses. The family tution fee does not include either. Upon registration we will discuss with you and help you make the right choice for your family.

Tuition (Teacher Service Fees)

Your annual tuition provides you with teacher and administrative support. Administrative support includes enrollment counseling, online technical support, and PSAT and SAT testing access.

Refund Policy

Enrollment – The enrollment fee is nonrefundable.

Curriculum – If you are not fully satisfied with a book or syllabus, you can return it within thirty (30) days for a refund, less a $15 restocking charge. The amount of the refund depends on the condition of the materials that may have been shipped as well as shipping costs, as well as bank fees charged to our account for credit-card processing, are nonrefundable.
