Is ArabesQ Academy accredited by the Department of Education in Washington State?   

No. The Washington  DOE does not accredit nor endorse any homeschool program.  If a school seeks accreditation, it applies to an accrediting agency, not the state.  

ArabesQ Academy is in the process of obtaining formal accreditation. 

Accreditation assessment is a rigorous process guided by a specific set of evaluation criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, numerous phases of documentation and examination, observational and assessment visits by the agency, and on-site peer review by accredited institutions.  

So what does all this mean to our students and our school? It means The Islamic Academy is dedicated to providing only the highest quality curriculum and best educational experience to our students. 

Is ArabesQ Academy Home Based Education Program a correspondence school?  

A Correspondence school is only a place student's work is sent periodically for correction.  But also we are mentors/tutors, a student's work can be totally designed by us and then returned. to us for minimal cost.  ArabesQ Academy is an innovative private school with a campus in Lynnwood associated with Dar-Al-Arqam Islamic Institute,  as well as a home based education program.
