1. a) How do I get to the room that I belong in?
There are splats on the left side of the home page and on the left of
each room's page. Or, you can click on the links that follow:
Girl's go to the GIRL'S ROOM,
boy's go to the BOY'S ROOM,
and parent's go to PARENT'S ROOM.
b) How do I know that there are no girl's (boy's, parent's...) in my room?
Unfortunately, at this time, you don't. This is what the rules page is for - so that you
understand that the Internet is not 100% safe and that that includes OMY.
c) How do I print a page?
For Internet Explorer/Netscape Users - On the File menu, click
Print.

4. a) Why doesn't the webmaster make it so that only boys (girls, parents) can get into their respective section.
Unfortunately, there is no way to tell who the user is on the other end. We do our best to keep everyone safe but you must also do your best to stay safe.
b) Why doesn't the webmaster put the experiments in the girls and boys room?
Nope, can't do that, sorry. Some of the experiments require adult supervision.
5. Who is in charge of this site anyway?
OMY - Online Muslim Youth, is owned by Sabur Services.
6. What is OMY?
OMY is Online Muslim Youth, a site reserved especially to entertain Muslim children while keeping them safe.
7. a) When is my section gonna get updated?
We try to update the sections at least once a month but check back frequently just in case we get ahead or behind.
b) When is my child going to get his/her prize?
If your child has won a contest, please be sure that the security information has been submitted. Upon submission of security information, please expect delivery in 7-14 business days. We use services which allow us to track delivery so if your child has not received his/her prize within this time, please notify us at OMY@ArabesQ.com
