WRITING EVERYDAY is a
Must!

web-page is updated to reflect current schedules in our home as each Umm

When you are writing a paragraph, remember
to include the following:
1. A topic sentence
2. At least three examples to support
the topic sentence
3. A closing (clincher) sentence
to reiterate the topic sentence
Remember you can cut & paste pictures
to support your writing or you can find another way to decorate your writing
by drawing, doodling, or coloring your page, etc. Just as long as
it somehow relates to the subject you have written
about.
Newspaper
Read an article and write a paragraph about
what you just read or what you
have learned.

Find pictures from a newspaper, magazine,
photo, or a scene that you have seen today and write about it using thought
balloons and one of the following
examples.
1. Use the 5 senses (sight, smell,
tough, taste, hearing).
2. What is the person thinking or
feeling? What is the mood of the person?
Give examples to back up your observations.

how to record your observations.
