Orders, Tracking and Deliveries


Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed you cannot make any changes to the order. However, you can reach out to us via Contact Us page and we can cancel the Order for you but this has to be before you receive the shipment confirmation email. After you receive the shipment confirmation email your order cannot be changed any further.


Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us via Contact Us page and we will assist you in your order cancellation. However if you have already received the Shipment Confirmation email, you will have to follow the returns procedure detailed in the Returns and Exchanges section since your shipment has already left our premises we have no way to get it back.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email and you can track your package on www.aramex.com


How long will it take to ship my order?

We will strive to ship your item within 24hrs of receiving your order.


How long will it take to deliver the item?

Depends on the destination address.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. You will have to bear the shipment charges for returning an item.

How can I return and item?

You can return an item only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item arrives damaged or is expired, and
  • You have notified us within the 24hrs of receiving the item with a picture of the damaged goods at contactus@arabesq.com
  • Please send all your return items to the following address:

In such a scenario, we will either refund you the amount or send you a new package as per your instruction.


How can I exchange an item?

Considering it is a food item and we lose 7-10 working days of its shelf-life, we do not allow exchanges at this point.


When will I be refunded?

It will take 2-3 weeks to refund your amount.
